STEP I: INFORMATION
  • Only information: e-mail us your name and ask for all the information you need. Information can also be obtained by dialling directly to the owner (daily from 20:00 to 23:00, local Spanish time) at the phone number (+34) 627 44 22 47. Information given about availability is only valid for 24 hours.
  • You want to make a pre-reservation: Send us the complete pre-reserve form with all the details and any additional information you may need. We will check the availability and by e-mail we will notify you that a pre-reservation has been made in your name. In the same e-mail we will inform you about the exact price of your stay and provide all the requested information.

STEP II : RESERVATION
At this point we hardly recommend you to read the conditions and terms as by making a pre- reservation with us you are accepting all of them.

  • To confirm a pre-reservation, you will be asked to make a pre-payment as a guarantee of your reservation. The amount of this pre-payment will be the result obtained by adding:
    1. the 20% of the total cost of your stay (to be deducted from the total cost) and
    2. a caution of 300 Euros.
    The total amount of this payment is to be made by bank transfer to the owner's bank account (bank information will be sent to you by e-mail). When making the bank transfer, you must fax a copy of the bank transfer document to the fax number (+34) 93 2057330.
  • We can only hold a reservation during 10 days from the date of your pre-reservation. After this delay we may cancel your reservation and give the apartment to other people.

STEP III: CONFIRMATION

  • When receiving the notification of your bank transfer, we will send you by e-mail our confirmation and state the pending amount. This one can be payed by a second bank transfer 30 days before your arrival in Barcelona or on your arrival. In this last case the payment will have to be made cash in Euros.
  • In our confirmation e-mail, we will remind you the exact address of the apartment and give you the number of our private mobile phone to contact upon your arrival or during your stay.

STEP IV: ARRIVAL

  • A week before your arrival you must send us an e-mail with your name, your arriving date and your departure date as well as the exact time of your arrival. On that e-mail you will have to provide the full names of each one of the persons of your party.
  • To avoid unnecessary waiting for each other, we recommend you to phone us at home or at our mobile phone when you arrive in Barcelona.
  • You will then be asked to meet us at the apartment to get the keys against the rest of the payment cash in Euros (if you don't have sent a second bank transfer or there is no proof of such payment) and to sign a specific rental contract. If requested, we will send you a copy of the contract.
  • Apartments are available from 15 hrs on the date of arrival. If you think you will arrive before that you must inform us with time and we will try to find a solution for your luggage.

STEP V: DEPARTURE

  • Apartments must be vacated at 11hrs on departure day. At this time the owner will check the apartment, get the keys and give you back the full deposit if there are no damages and everything is in order. If you think you will have to leave the apartment before that time, you must communicate it with enough time ahead.
