• All our apartments are located in the same building. It is an antique design building as most of those located in the center of Barcelona. The difference among others, resides in the fact that this one has been completely restored. Through a spacious hall and a spacious lift you can access the different apartments. Each of them have a surface of 80 square meters. That makes very spacious flats.

• In the 4th floor we have 2 apartments with 2 bedrooms each (see Type I-A and Type I-B). Both have one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with twin beds. Each of them can host 4 persons. As those two apartments are located in the same floor, you have the possibility of renting both and having accommodation for 8 persons (see Type I-A + Type I-B).

• In the 2nd floor as well as in the 1st floor we have on each, a 3-bedroom apartment (see Type II-A and Type II-B). Both can accommodate 5 persons . Each of them has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a single bedroom.

• The apartments with 2 bedrooms have a very spacious and modern bathroom. Those with 3 bedrooms have a spacious bathroom and a closed. All of them with hair-dryer and shaving point.

• All our bedrooms are spacious, sunny and most of them with terrace.

• We can affirm that all our apartments have accurate decoration with important furniture as you can appreciate in the photographs. All are prepared with the necessary services to enjoy a privileged and very comfortable stay. The owner personally supervises that all the services are in perfect conditions.

• Our apartments are equipped with heating, air-conditioned and colour television. In the numerous wardrobes you will find sheets, blankets, extra currycomb, table linen, etc. Kitchens are equipped with grill/oven, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, cramp- iron, complete table service, etc.
